How do we work
First of all – matching products to the offer.
We often ask ourselves – what kind of products do our clients need? What else can we propose to them in order to make our offer always up-to-date? Sometimes answers are clear after suggestions we receive from You – we are grateful for that. But usually we make an effort to surprise You. That is why we tend to visit the most meaningful promotional gift fair trades which take place in Europe as well as in the whole world. During these events we make new contacts with gifts' manufacturers. Thanks to that we gain original products and attractive prices. Though, this is just only beginning.... Every week all ASGARD employees – from Import, Marketing and Sales Department – gather around a big table and exchange opinions about products which are to be present in an offer. We calculate the prices, observe competition's offer and try to find answers on the questions concerning potential attractiveness of this product as well as our ability to offer You it at convenient price. Accepted products are placed in our copyright Blue Collection catalogue. But this is another story...
Secondly – Blue Collection catalogue full of promotional gifts
We made an important decision about editing our catalogue twice a year during one of mentioned above company meeting. Why is that? 99% of similar companies do it only once a year and additionally they edit seasonal catalogues e.g. summer or Christmas and so on. These seasonal catalogues usually consist of tens of items from regular catalogue and only a few of special ones.
Blue Collection catalogue is edited twice a year in order to present you always current offer, that is matched to a certain season and ensures you a convenient price level. You will find a wide range of promotional gifts in our offer – ball pens, umbrellas, travel mugs, business card holders, tools and flash lights, picnic baskets, barbecue sets, key chains, games, calculators...
Thirdly - realisation
It is not a coincidence that we prepare tens of orders every day, hundreds of them monthly and thousands yearly. Most of the products are being marked by us with the clients' logo which often presents the biggest Polish enterprises.
Offer and Order
Our sales representatives are experienced specialists which will advise you to make the best choice taking into consideration client's budget, destination and gift's recipient features. Then we prepare products' shipment or design with the gift marking pattern.
Product preparation
After the gift is chosen, we prepare its marking design. We take into account product's specification and logo. We offer you the most optimal marking method.
Acceptance
Every product marking order is made after You accept the way of logo position on the item – its size and location. We often help you by offering marking text patterns according to different occasions – company's jubilee, acknowledgments, corporate parties and so on.
Production
Once an order is accepted, a gift goes to production department. We have competent and experienced staff who takes care of marking. We know how to make an effective and long-lasting marking. Once the order is ready, we send you it as soon as possible.
Shipment
- we send most goods within 48 hours on condition that they do not need to be marked and are currently available at our warehouse,
- we put a great attention to delivery quality and timeliness, that is why we inform you about every confirmed shipment by e-mail – you receive consignment number and link to shipment status,
- we insure each of our shipments – we want to make sure that the order will be delivered undamaged on time.
